Ingredients
Roasted little millet Idli rawa, Roasted little millet flour (32.8%), Roasted urad dhal powder, Instant dry yeast, Citric acid powder, Baking soda, Salt, Fenugreek powder.
Directions
Step 1: Add 1 measure of little millet dosa mix to 2 measure of water and mix without lumps, make into a thin batter.
Step 2: Spread sufficient amount of batter on a hot pan on medium heat.
Step 3: Add 1 tbsp of oil/ghee to the sides.
Step 4: Roast till it gets golden in colour and is crispy.
Step 5: Serve as a healthy and tasty breakfast wit coconut /mint chutney.
